These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenue Growth Systems website (revenuegrowth.systems) and our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Our Services

Revenue Growth Systems provides marketing auditing, consulting, and implementation services for businesses. The "Revenue Leak Audit" is provided as a free, no-obligation service. Any subsequent paid services, management, or software implementations will be governed by a separate, formal agreement.

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Revenue Growth Systems sends text messages to people who contact us or book a call with us through revenuegrowth.systems and explicitly opt in to receive texts. Messages include replies to your inquiries, a text-back when we miss your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer support. Opt-in is collected through the chat widget on our website. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again the way you did the first time.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email build@revenuegrowth.systems.

Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your inquiries and appointments. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers.

Age. You must be 18 or older to take part in our SMS program.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. Email communications are separate: you can unsubscribe from any email using the link it contains.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; and (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, methodology, audit reports, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revenue Growth Systems and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Revenue Growth Systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Revenue Growth Systems makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revenue Growth Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
